Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had very innovative rooms that were well decorated and comfortable, but not soundproof, affecting our sleep. The service was appreciative and beautiful, though no refund was provided. The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance of major attractions and in a quiet area. The dining options offered were tasty, and the facilities enhanced our stay.
The hotel offers enchanting rooms, clean and spacious, like something out of a magical dream. However, the thin wall division with a window and curtains allowed light and noise between rooms, slightly disturbing at bedtime. The service was excellent, with amicable staff always ready to assist. The location provides tranquility with a breathtaking view of the Fort, but the presence of a garbage dump nearby was off-putting.
The hotel offers a charming view of the fort from the rooms, but they are a bit small and lack furniture. Don't expect luxury bed linens, but you do get complimentary still water and toiletries. The service is exceptional, with organized camel safaris and delightful chai conversations. The location is convenient, walking distance to Jaisalmer fort and other attractions. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering a variety of choices to suit your taste.
The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance to all sightseeing points and the market, offering a stunning view of the colorful skies. The rooms were well-prepared ahead of time with a variety of toiletries and complimentary water, although the temperature was a bit warm. The service was exceptional, catering to all my needs and even organizing a fantastic camel safari led by the soft-spoken and attentive Mr Ashraf Ali of Mystic Jaisalmer. Dining was enjoyable, particularly the delicious breakfast, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a magical dream with well-decorated and comfortable rooms offering a great view. The service was extremely courteous, making check-in/check-out smooth and efficient. The location is very convenient for exploring the city, although a bit shabby. The dining experience was worth the money, even though it took a bit long for some orders to arrive. Overall, a place that fits 3 people comfortably.
